Customer Advisor

Purpose
Since 2005, Box has made it easier for people to securely share ideas, collaborate and get work done faster. Today, more than 74,000 businesses trust Box to manage content in the cloud. The Customer Advisory Team works to keep Box's smaller business customers happy and healthy. From scaled email outreach to one-on-one customer consultations, Customer Advisors are constantly coming up with new ways to act as a strategic resource for our customers.

Customer Advisory needs friendly, energetic individuals to help us provide implementation and optimization best practices and drive risk mitigation efforts to an ever-growing customer base. We're a customer-facing team who has developed a reputation for innovation and agility - quick to experiment and live up to the Box value "Take risks. Fail fast." - we need fresh eyes and customer-centric Advisors who can help us continue to build a best-in-class scaled Customer Success program.

Here's the Fine Print
  • 4-year degree required
  • 1-2 years related experience preferred
  • Significant level of comfort interacting with a high volume of customers over a variety of mediums (phone, email, webinars)
  • Strong writing skills and email marketing experience would be a plus
