Why you need Box
You will partner with Product and Engineering leadership and team members to help drive a strong understand of the value of an Agile transformation, gain alignment for expectations on the desired outcome, and identify macro trends which inhibit individual teams from being successful in their Agile transformation. You will also help develop process, principles and practices across all levels and departments in the organization to support the Agile transformation.
You will also provide deeply embedded mentoring for individual teams to guide them through the journey of becoming Agile, providing feedback and answering questions so they continuously improve their Agile practices, and ensure all our Engineering teams are delivering at high quality!
Who you are
- You have experience providing Agile coaching to both software development and operations teams
- You have a balanced understanding of the Agile practices and the practical application, to ensure we solve the team's problems (one size doesn't fit all!)
- You understand what motivates a team, and can help lead them to a common goal
- You have strong EQ, and the ability to established trusted relationships
- You keep others calm during change
- A passion for all things cloud is, of course, also a big advantage
