Account Executive, Emerging Business (Austin, TX)

This is an inside sales role for individuals with at least 1 year of customer facing experience. To be considered, you must be confident collaborating with different teams to help customers get the most out of their investment; be able to articulate Box’s value as applied to different use cases; and have excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
  • Manage the full sales-cycle, including pipeline generation, contract negotiation and other deliverables for closing
  • Engage in effective call and email communication with executives to facilitate deal closure
  • Build and grow relationships with existing accounts in your territory
  • Meet monthly sales goals  
  • Understand the key business drivers of your territory, the needs of accounts within key industries and effectively communicate how Box will meet those needs
  • Rapidly learn cloud Collaboration and Content Management, Enterprise 2.0 and the Box model
  • Use for lead management and sales forecasting
  • Prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate resources
  • Ensure 100% satisfaction with all customers 
  • 4-year degree required
  • At least 1 year of success closing in technology sales, SaaS experience preferred
  • Obvious passion and people skills, customer-centric, and goal oriented 
  • Consistent over-achievement in past experiences
  • Engaging personality with an ability to run a live demo with a technical audience
