Talent Acquisition Associate

BounceX is hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate (generalist recruiter) with provide a critical function in the identification and selection of top-tier, talent and help us surpass our hiring goals for the remainder of the year and prepare for 2019.  As a generalist recruiter, you will research, source, and manage the full candidate lifecycle and recruiting experience for existing and future corporate roles across various departments.

These role will include: design, client marketing, product, account management, legal, people operations, and more.

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategy full cycle across departments
  • Experience hiring design, client marketing, account management, and corporate hires a plus
  • Excellent knowledge and passion about BounceX's vision; able to convincingly sell BounceX's opportunity to prospective employees
  • Creatively source qualified candidates for a diverse range of levels and experiences; build strong relationships with both active and passive candidates, utilize multiple recruiting and sourcing techniques, including social media, referrals, industry events, job boards, and more
  • Partner and collaborate with hiring managers to assess hiring needs and the key traits of ideal candidate profiles
  • Strategize and develop hiring plans for each open position from candidate identification through close, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Manage candidate process, including offer negotiation, offer presentation and close
  • Regularly report on talent pipeline stats against hiring needs and goal
  • Network and identify opportunities to further develop BounceX's social and professional networks to drive referrals; develop and coordinate events that draw potential talent to the BounceX brand both online and offline

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferably at a recruiting agency or recruiting in-house at high growth SaaS or digital marketing company
  • Experience as a talent coordinator or sourcer is preferred
  • Experience using social media for sourcing/recruiting, building relationships and contributing to an overall recruitment strategy/brand
  • Strong negotiation, closing and follow-through skills
  • Superior organizational skills with a strong attention to detail along with the ability to handle confidential and proprietary information
  • Experience working on a variety of job requisitions at different levels simultaneously
  • Data and operational-minded thinking and execution
  • Technical and product expertise - you are able to explain the BounceX product and business benefits to candidates
  • Extremely positive attitude, strong drive/focus, and ability to multitask
