Product Strategist

We are seeking a strong Product Strategist to bring to market one of our latest Products that will provide a significant impact for eCommerce companies, by unlocking the ability for them to communicate with customers on a one-to-one level through cross-channel prospecting and retargeting campaigns. This Product has already been implemented with a few of our key clients, but now is ready for rollout across all of our new and existing clients. Here’s what you’ll do:  

  • Work across several aspects of Product Strategy– developing go-to-market strategy, training internal teams, creating collateral, gathering client feedback and working with the Product team to develop improvements
  • Strategize how we are positioning our Product from the highest to the most granular levels - relating how our technology can impact a wide-variety of clients
  • Create and execute marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement and product adoption both internally and externally
  • Partner with key stakeholders including Account Management, Sales, Product Management, Marketing Design, and Engineering departments to drive go-to-market strategies, messaging, and education
  • Develop actionable, data-driven insights to inform product and marketing strategy
  • Leverage marketing insights to better understand our customers and represent the voice of the user

 

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3-5 years + of experience working within a Direct Response Agency
  • Practical experience working in a Strategy-focused role that handles Director Response Campaigns (AdWords, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills with an ability to simplify complex and Technical concepts to various audiences

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills, with track record of bringing innovative new ideas that drive success for Clients’ Director Response Campaigns
  • Successful track record of planning and rolling out large-scale/global prospecting and retargeting campaigns and ability to identify and implement scalable process improvements using a data-driven approach
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Proven ability to develop creative/non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems
  • Passion for working with technology products and solving consumer needs
