Head of Sales, EMEA

BounceX is looking for a proven senior sales leader who will oversee and propel a team of Business Development Directors in the UK to acquire Fortune 1000 business (new logos) in the e-commerce industry. A solid background in high-growth SaaS companies -- preferably in marketing technology -- is a must. We’re looking for someone that is an accomplished and coachable fast-learner who can hit the ground running from day one. You will report directly to the GM, EMEA in a growing group of what's now 35 people.

Characteristics of our sales department: high-quotas and high-output. We have a complex, high-friction sales process with large EMEA enterprises and a small, dynamic, collaborative team

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-output sales business with a focus on winning net-new clients
  • Lead, hire, and develop a team of highly intelligent, strategic salespeople that are in the top 1% of talent in the MarTech industry
  • Accelerate customer adoption by decreasing sales cycles to speed deal flow
  • Empower sales team to hit or exceed revenue targets and objectives
  • Foster a team-first environment that is more collaborative than internally competitive
  • Build trust and deep relationships with top retail industry executives to help your team win deals

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years experience combined of sales and sales management experience, (at least 3 years in sales management) in high-growth companies in the SaaS or MarTech space or comparable industry.
  • History of success in a minimum of 2 different stages of ARR. Ideally £10M and £100M+
  • Experience closing deals in the £1 Million per-year range that required significant education and disruption within large enterprises and a big internal shift in the clients’ thinking and behaviour
