Think these words describe you? Great, then you may be just what we’re looking for. We’re hiring a Business Development Associate for our newest, most exciting product: Identity.
The Business Development Associate will report directly to our Head of Growth & Strategic Initiatives, and will be tasked with identifying and capitalizing on creating new partnerships to push the business forward. There are a multitude of mid-market businesses, agencies and partnerships within our ecosystem, and it’ll be your job to find, create and nurture them.
In addition, the Business Development Associate will be responsible for:
- Being a closer: Propose, negotiate, and close deals with organizations at up to 10 million monthly impressions
- Being a leader: Create and lead industry mapping projects outlining organizations within MarTech, AdTech, Payment Processing, Dating Apps, and similar platforms
- Being an evangelist: Help potential clients understand the BounceX identity solution and illustrate how we can positively impact their bottom line
- Being a partner: Navigate and nurture relations with key decision makers in the industry to build interpersonal and interbrand trust and partnership
- Being an organizer: Create scalable and repeatable processes for outreach, while keeping track of outbound metrics such as sends, opens, responses, and demos.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have demonstrated success working in a rigorous, results driven role that directly impacts the growth of a business
- Have previous experience acting as a proactive hunter and farmer where you continuously identified new business opportunities, evangelized SaaS products, closed long term deals, and maintained those relationships
- Never take no for an answer and choose to take a consultative approach to sales, instinctively looking for solutions to problems as opposed to admitting defeat
- Are self-motivated with a high-energy motor, able to lead and challenge yourself to be successful
