Publisher Account Manager

In this position, you'll be tasked with building custom behavioral advertising campaigns for publisher clients with the primary goal of improving their business' performance. 
We have an innovative and truly differentiated enterprise product that fundamentally changes how publishers monetize their websites and you can play a key part in leading that shift. 
You will learn more in two weeks here than you would elsewhere in two years. You will be given tremendous early responsibility, immediately start to build a network of relationships from leading websites, and have the chance to directly contribute to the explosive growth of BounceX as a key player in the market. 
  • Drive monetization for top tier publishers by optimizing BounceX's suite of programmatic advertising sources
  • Manage multiple client relationships and campaigns on a daily basis
  • Develop and maintain a strong rapport with clients – you will be the primary touch point
  • Test various pricing, designs and providers to provide the best mix of revenue and user experience
  • Use data to continuously optimize campaigns and boost results
  • Work alongside our graphic designers and conversion specialists to create these campaigns
  • Generate ideas for new features and campaigns, tailored to the unique needs of each client
  • BA/BS degree plus experience related to digital media or digital advertising
  • 1-2+ years of direct experience in account management; digital publisher space preferred 
  • Passionate, entrepreneurial self-starter with a healthy dose of humility
  • Strong technical skills or ability to quickly learn technical concepts
  • Proactive, energetic attitude and desire to work in a results-oriented and deadline-driven environment
  • Desire and ability to manage multiple relationships at a time
  • Motivated, tenacious, and resourceful: work independently, don’t take "no" for an answer
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (including high level of emotional intelligence)
  • High proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and data analysis and reporting
  • Self-starter, team player, curious, and goal oriented
