We are looking for strategic, results-driven Client Delivery Managers (CDMs) to engage and enable Botify's customers to deploy and fully utilize the Botify Platform to achieve their business outcomes.

As a Client Delivery Manager, you will own the ultimate success of the Botify customers' on-boarding experience, taking responsibility for the post-sales lifecycle of your portfolio from onboarding to project execution. Through your partnership, customers will derive maximum value from their investments using Botify's insights and recommendations, leading to project success, retention, and renewal.

Your Impact:

As a Client Delivery Manager, you will own the ultimate success of the Botify customers' on-boarding experience, taking responsibility for the post-sales lifecycle of your portfolio from onboarding to project execution. Through your partnership, customers will derive maximum value from their investments using Botify's insights and recommendations, leading to project success, retention, and renewal.

  • Manage the onboarding, implementation, and usage of the Botify Platform
  • Oversee and own project plans, milestone completions, and budgets
  • Understand clients' business goals and anticipate future needs and help determine the ideal solution
  • Coordinate technical work to be completed by professional services resources with the customer
  • Provide initial orientation of the platform to clients before implementation kick off
  • Communicate regularly with customers to evaluate satisfaction, completion of success criteria, and ensure the implementation is completed on schedule
  • Provide SEO best practice and strategy recommendations
  • Liaise with Botify's Technical Support Team on customer support tickets
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers in driving client retention and identifying business growth opportunities
  • Serve as a client's problem solver and find opportunities to make clients successful


Requirements
Your qualifications:
  • You possess SEO knowledge and previous experience in the SEO or search industry (a plus, but not required)
  • You have familiarity with enterprise software and/or hands on software implementation and delivery experience
  • You can create and deliver presentations with compelling messages to technology and business audiences
  • You are a natural, credible technology evangelist with experience in translating that passion into business impact for customers
  • You possess significant customer facing experience leading enterprise customers through business or technology transformations with large account/project management experience
  • You describe yourself as a team player with a passion for Search Marketing and Digital Marketing and understands how Botify can impact Digital Marketers' daily life to help them generate results for their customer
