Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at BoomTown, you will be a highly valued contributor. You will feel appreciated and know that your contributions are making a material difference in a rapid-growth, high-paced environment.

As a member of the SDR team, you will be responsible for introducing BoomTown to the residential real estate marketplace (first impression), presenting our initial value proposition, and providing a thorough qualification through a professional & consultative conversation.

You will be representing the industry’s leading end to end digital marketing solution. We are looking for people that want to take their career as a proven pre-sales developer to a revenue generating closer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond quickly and accurately to inbound sales inquiries via phone calls and emails.
  • Proactively build, maintain and manage a highly productive pipeline.
  • Prospect and identify key decision-makers  to develop sales opportunities.
  • Explain how BoomTown brings value to real estate professionals’ digital marketing needs.
  • Take pride in providing more than the minimal standard by adding insightful context to the sales executive about the prospect.
  • Document all activities, lead dispositions and insights within Salesforce.com.
  • Consistently achieve qualified quotas to ensure revenue objectives of the sales department.
  • Maintain clear communication and work through challenges with sales executives.

Requirements:

  • Experience successfully managing a high volume of client interactions, preferably over the phone.
  • Ability to remain calm and use ingenuity when facing challenges.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • Comfortable with the phone as your primary communication tool.
  • Proven history of success and achievement.
  • Strong knowledge of internet technology.
  • Desire to build a career in sales.

  • You’ve worked on an inside sales team as an SDR for a SaaS based solution company.
  • You have strong achievements in sales.
  • You’re proficient with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
  • You have an understanding of the different channels of online marketing, such as paid search, social media marketing, SEO, etc.
  • You have an understanding of the real estate industry.
