Inside Sales Executive- West Coast

Position Description

BoomTown is a growing, thriving, small business made up of smart, motivated people!  We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive  to join our West Coast Sales Team to provide an amazing sales experience and drive new business.  We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive with a proven track record of meeting revenue goals selling SaaS based software into the SMB market and are looking to take their career in the explosive SaaS market to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for advancing prospects through the entire sales cycle to close, utilizing a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
  • You will deliver high impact product demonstration and sales presentations to effectively communicate the advanced functionality of BoomTown’s products and value proposition.
  • You’ll be working with top performing real estate agents and brokerages directly – via phone, email, and in person – helping them adopt BoomTown’s full service lead generation and CRM software for their digital marketing strategy.
  • You will utilize a solution selling methodology to drive these prospects through a high-velocity sales cycle.
  • Manage all phases of your pipeline, progressing deals through the sales cycle towards closing and final negotiations of terms
  • You will be responsible for following up on inbound leads and as well as making outbound prospecting calls to generate new business

We’d like to talk to you if:

  • You have  at least one years of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience.
  • You have  track record of 100% + quota attainment.
  • You embrace a consultative, solution-oriented approach to selling, ensuring your clients receive value and are ultimately successful using BoomTown’s products and services.
  • You have experience managing and closing a complex sales cycle.
  • You have sold licenses/subscriptions to the SMB market with demonstrated ownership of territory management.You are willing to travel up to 25%.You possess stellar interpersonal and communication skills. You have the ability to understand and demonstrate complex software and clearly communicate the key messages and value.

We’d be really impressed if:

  • You have previous Sale Methodology training.
  • Real Estate Industry Knowledge.
  • CRM Experience.
