Sourcing Recruiter – Technology

Once you find these key players, you will engage with them to learn about their aspirations and interests and to help them connect with positions and recruiters at


  • Uncover talent utilizing Boolean search, database scrubbing, cold calling, networking, relationship building, event lists, social media, sourcing tools, predictive sourcing tactics and industry research.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies and manage recruiting campaigns and job postings.
  • Partner with recruiters on urgency of hiring needs to establish search priorities.
  • Supply recruiting team with sufficient sourced profiles and/or names.
  • Build talent maps of competitive companies through cold calling into companies and/or internet research.
  • Phone screen candidates for availability, interest level, hard skills, salary range, and basic qualifications.
  • Able to develop and track metrics of all sourcing activities.
  • Learn and share competitive intelligence with the recruiting team and other business segments.
  • Document details of all correspondence in the applicant tracking system while ensuring notes are made immediately and thoroughly.


  • You must have strong technical knowledge and understanding of technology roles.
  • Track record of performing incredibly well against quotas in recruiting, sourcing, high-volume sales or a similar field.
  • Passion for networking, sourcing and becoming a SME in tech talent markets.
  • International sourcing and/or recruiting experience.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks while maintaining organization.
  • Must be Internet savvy and familiar with Boolean search.
  • Able to develop and track metrics of all sourcing activities.
  • Likes working in a fun team environment with competitive goals/targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • This position is open to candidates based and eligible to work in The Netherlands.
