In this role you will report to Booking.com Head of Strategic Workforce Planning & Organizational Design. You will be a key contributor to driving organizational effectiveness by ensuring we have the right organizational design to drive our strategic priorities. You are a deep expert on organizational design and will support large organizational design projects that involve working with senior HR and business leaders driving organizational effectiveness.

- Drive root cause analysis on organizational inefficiencies and provide interventions to improve effectiveness
- Support business leaders to translate strategy into organizational models and key jobs / roles that are critical for the success of the strategy.
- Review span of control and organizational layers to drive organizational effectiveness
- Build organizational Design capability in HR Advisory to support organizational change
- Ensures that the organizational structures of Booking are in alignment with the set Organizational Design principle and best in class organizational design metrics
- Perform job evaluation and drive consistency in the application of the method (Mercer IPE)
- Support in analyzing the organization's future workforce needs against internal and external labor markets to identify potential shortfalls and design interventions to fill the gaps
- Review the span and layers to drive organization effectiveness
- Build organizational Design capability in HR Advisory to support organizational change
- Ensures that the organizational structures of Booking are in alignment with the set Organizational Design principle and best in class organizational design metrics
- 5+ years of relevant working experience preferably in consulting or large International (Tech) company
- Proven track record in driving impact of Organizational Design in a complex and dynamic environment
- Expert knowledge in Job evaluation (preferably Mercer IPE)
- Experience in Strategic Workforce Planning (preferred)
