Change & Implementation Specialist


As the Change and Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the changes that are rolled out to our Partner Services organization of 2000+ people.

As a Change and Implementation Specialist, you're at the centre of global initiated changes focused on helping our accommodation partners and/or our internal staff. You will work closely with various central teams on a wide variety of changes from product roll outs through to process improvements to frameworks that drive the performance of our people. 
At the same time, you get to learn, understand and extensively collaborate with our local teams around the globe.

The role requires someone who is a team player, well organized and strong in change management and influencing skills. You will put these skills to great use as you manage multiple changes at the same time, partner with senior level change owners and help build our strategy that allows our operation to understand, drive, land and embed changes. 

B.Responsible

  • Ability to create and implement change management strategies and change plans that maximize employee adoption of change and minimize resistance 
  • Ability to drive change to meet organizational strategic goals through effective management of change
  • Ability to work across silos, connect the work of disparate groups and build consensus around best practices in change management
  • Experience in executing global or large scale initiatives/changes;
  • Ability to take ownership, entrepreneurial, pro-active with positive attitude;
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced and dynamic environment; willing to roll up one's sleeves and get work done
  • Demonstrated success in leading through influence
  • Excellent influencer with the ability to identify and lead stakeholder groups
  • Expert organizational, interpersonal, communication and networking skills.

B.Skilled
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in a change adoption function is required.
  • Experience must include significant work with senior leadership on change management.
  • Strong understanding of Change Management methodologies, Release Management & Implementation Management.
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent influencer with the ability to identify and lead stakeholder groups
  • Expert organizational, interpersonal, communication and networking skills.
  • 3+ years end to end experience in the following areas: Change Management, Project management, Implementation management in an Operational environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently. Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills.
