Accommodation Service Executive

As an Accommodation Service Executive you will be responsible for providing support to Booking.com BV by handling a variety of inquiries from its accommodation partners.

B.responsible:

  • First point of contact for Booking.com BV’s accommodation partners calling the partner support line, answering questions and queries, and taking action as needed;
  • Responsible for providing support to accommodation partners by telephone, messaging system and email;
  • Responsible for delivering a high level of service Booking.com BV’s partners in order to support building productive and continuing relationships
  • Managing accommodation partner’s contacts with a high attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Advising accommodation partners of their webpages on Booking.com and how they can amend data with respect to supply, availability, specials, promotions;
  • Providing support to Booking.com’s accommodation partners with managing the Booking.com extranet and maintaining property information on the Booking.com website;
  • Additional duties as assigned.

B.skilled:

  • Resourceful, flexible and strong attention to detail

  • Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions quickly and efficiently;

  • Strong computer skills;

B.required:

  • High school graduate or equivalency;
  • Experience in the hotel/hospitality industry and/or call center experience in any industry strongly preferred.
  • Must be available to work any shift, including weekends;
  • Must be able to sit for shifts of 4 hours or more.
