NetSuite Systems Administrator

Bonobos is looking for a NetSuite Systems Administrator to work side by side with different business lanes to ensure the right operational processes and internal procedures are enabled and supported across the enterprise. The administrator will manage, configure, train users and develop policies and procedures while also staying current with NetSuite functionality and releases. 

What you’ll do...

  • Understand overall internal processes and systems and how they are interdependent  
  • Collaborate with impacted parts of the business (Finance, Accounting, Production, Merchandising, Operations, Planning, Product Management, etc.) to implement new processes, functionality and ongoing efficiency improvements
  • Manage the NetSuite support process and diagnose problems by identifying and troubleshooting complex issues
  • Manage communications of status reports, issues and risks
  • Develop and implement user training for Super Users to be self-sufficient and able to train their team members
  • Lead regular Super User meetings
  • Project manage upgrades and customizations to existing ERP applications, which includes coordinating UAT and release dates according to changing business needs
  • Monitor and report on the health of NetSuite processes
  • Maintain documentation of key operational processes, system improvements and their revisions
  • Understand technical concepts behind system processes
  • Provide thought leadership in NetSuite best practices


  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field
  • Have 3-4 years managing enterprise applications or systems operations
  • Have a NetSuite Administrator Certification or NetSuite experience
  • Have experience in SuiteScript (optional)
  • Are familiar with retail, eCommerce or product lifecycle management
  • Have a strong understanding of financial processes
  • Have administration and project management skills
  • Are an excellent communicator in both written and verbal, and are able to communicate effectively with all levels of the business
  • Possess exceptional planning and organizational skills, and have a strong sense for detail, accuracy and problem solving
