We're seeking a future team member for the role of a Fund Oversight Specialist to join our Trustee & Depositary team reporting to the Fund Oversight Group Manager. This role is located in Luxembourg.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Lead the team in their oversight duties: NAV and associated element including performance fees, carried interests, asset valuation, TER, income distribution.
  • Implement controls to improve reporting and onward escalation to local governance forum.
  • Maintain efficient and robust processes around managing issues and relevant escalation.
  • Actively contribute to the management team as a leader.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA team to drive forward the Luxembourg requirements.
  • Support the fiduciary oversight team in respect of due diligence requests.
  • Support the implementation of new business or products.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • More than 5 years of experience in Fund Accounting/Depositary Oversight is required.
  • Good Knowledge in Real Estate and Private Equity.
  • Attention to detail, motivation and willing to learn.
  • Perfect command of English.
  • Proficient command of Microsoft Office.
  • Good knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to funds (AIFMD, UCITS, CDR 231-2013, CDR 438-2016, CSSF circulars 16/644 and 18/697).
  • Strong analytical, communication and organization skills (both verbal and written).
  • Process Improvement experiences/ LEAN skills e.g. to design/establish new detailed processes, documentation skills, e.g. procedures/manual.
  • Ability to identify logical and innovative solutions to complex problems.
