We're seeking a future team member in the role of Release Train Engineer to join our Corporate Treasury team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Coach leaders, teams and scrum Masters in SAFe
- Manage and optimize the flow through the program and facilitate PI Planning and readiness
- Aggregate Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives
- Facilitate and drive continuous improvement and continuous integration.
- Teams while tracking and resolving team dependencies.
- Using Data driven approaches to help Teams eliminate waste, improve productivity, and improve team performance.
- Gets teams within programs to high performing levels by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in similar role. Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
- Experience as an Agile coach Scrum Master role for software development team for large initiatives.
- Experience managing Agile projects, programs and scrum leads.
- Knowledge of various Agile approaches: Scrum, SAFe, XP, Kanban, Spotify, etc.
- Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of tools such as: Jira, Confluence etc.
- Preferred to have Agile certifications including PMP, CSM, PSM, SAFe SSM.
