We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, EMEA Financial Crimes Compliance to join our Financial Crime Compliance team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland - Hybrid.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Conducting comprehensive investigations, including analysing transaction data and open source research
- Conduct Financial Crime Threat Assessments and intelligence gathering
- Supporting special AML or other financial crimes projects
- Working cooperatively with internal departments such as Legal, Compliance and Corporate Security to obtain and analyse necessary information related to investigations
- Strong knowledge of EMEA financial crimes regulations and guidance
- Financial Crime / audit or compliance related investigation experience
- Proven background of working in a complex banking or financial services organisation
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- BA/BS, MBA, or professional certification preferred
- Full time contract of employment
