We're seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Analyst, Source to Pay to join our Enterprise Sourcing Office Accounts Payable team. This role is located in Pune, MH on a Hybrid mode.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Responsible for the end-to-end Accounts Payable/Source to Pay process and will assume complete ownership of the service delivery
- Complete ownership of client queries & resolution process, best practice / idea sharing with the team
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives like - Avoiding duplicate payment, improve paid on time, Improve invoice cycle time
- Monitoring the Role-wise performance metrics
- Ensuring timely preparation / updating of process documentation & sign off
- Establish process for conducting periodic performance reviews
- Ensure timely review and accurate reporting on process performance metrics
- Develops working relationships with the wider S2P team to deliver tasks relating to their assigned activity in a consistent and repeatable manner, with a clear focus on improving the PO compliance rate for BNYM
- Capable of managing senior stakeholders
- Flexible and willingness to work all shift Hours
- Should have good analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Largely driven by self-Initiative & self-drive
- Ability to perform in pressure situation
- Very sound accounting knowledge of Payables from Source to Pay process
EDUCATION
Bachelor/Master's degree in Commerce/MBA (Finance) or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Any supply chain management certification is an added advantage
EXPERIENCE
6-10 years of total work experience preferred; knowledge of PeopleSoft/Oracle/SAP Accounts payable module and end to end source to pay/Accounts Payable operations including process transformation initiatives
Prior experience of end-to-end Accounts Payable process including payment reconciliation, tax compliance, 1099/1042 reporting etc. and good understanding of control framework of Source-To-Pay operations
Prior experience of change management in Source-To-Pay operations is mandatory
