We're seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Analyst, Business Technology Liaison to join our Business Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburg, PA - HYBRID

Reporting to the POD Lead, candidates will have a variety of responsibilities relating to change management across global teams. Candidates will be required to support the POD Lead across a number of initiatives working with stakeholders of various levels across multiple business lines. Responsibilities will include but are not be limited to:

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Bridge the gap between operations and technology, translating business needs into functional requirements.
  • Contributes to the backlog by capturing stories aligned to the programs roadmap, as defined by the product owner.
  • Owns one or multiple epics, resulting in an adequate sequence of stories to be delivered through the programs lifecycle.
  • Works with various internal teams, technology, stakeholders to define and elaborate stories.
  • Ensures stories are written to the standard as defined in the definition of ready.
  • Ensures stories are easily explained/understood and focus on delivering client, technology & business value.
  • Ensures all stories have acceptance criteria which can be measured and taken into test work.
  • Works with Risk compliance and legal to validate stories where needed.
  • Provides analysis or support via metrics for specific stories or the overall program/project.
  • Builds domain knowledge in the business topic and in the technology/operational environments.
  • Becomes and expert in the process he/she is assigned to, a key contract for the related functionality.
  • Challenges the business and operations with innovative ideas/models/perspectives.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills needed.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio and Power BI preferred but not essential.
  • 3-5 years of total work experience preferred, with minimum 1-2 years specifically in Business Analysis function.
  • Experience in securities, financial services or client-facing or project management roles preferred.
