We're seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Analyst to join our International Risk and Compliance team. This role is located in Pune - Hybrid.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- APAC PST Monitoring (quarterly)
o Consent letters for new joiners arranging duplicated statements from brokers
o Review of potential violation report and follow up and update the system accordingly
o Statements monitoring with control spreadsheets and ensure proper record keeping
o Reconciliation of "broker position" against "holding" in the PTA system and identify if there is any violation.
o Quarterly surveillance report production, Regular certifications for all staff
- Actions Management (Internal Audit, CT, RCSA) - Managing the end-to-end actions oversight and co-ordination
o Maintenance of the actions tracker (including adding new findings)
o Update of the central sharepoint site of all action updates in a timely manner
o Escalation and flagging matters for attention, eg when actions are going to go past due
- Records Management
o Creating/maintaining record file plan
- International R&C Newsletter
o Draft, maintain and publish newsletter to International team every quarter
- Additional Administration Activities
- EMEA Risk Sharepoint - Administrator and management of the site which houses a number of shared documents and folders
- Policy Governance, Compliance and Management
- To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Minimum four years plus relevant experienced gained within financial services, or an industry leading business organization preferred.
- Strong analytical and data manipulation skills; advanced MS Excel & MS PowerPoint experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter: ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Independently works on more complex projects related to budget, business plans, risk-related items, regulatory items, communications (presentations/speeches) and implementation of policies, standards, and/or processes.
- Contribute to Development, implementation, and review of new and updated policy for Risk & Compliance.
- Responsible for working with, and supporting, the International Legal Entities risk management governance activities, including preparing agendas, managing all the arrangements for meetings, managing committee papers/presentation briefing
