We're seeking future team members for our Middle Office Operations with roles located in Pune & Chennai in HYBRID positions.
You'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Manages a medium to large-sized team or multiple small teams. Handles any/all aspects of client accounts, handling correspondence, transaction processing, payments, problem resolution, Management reporting & oversight
- Responsible for the financial and human resources for the unit and ensures assigned teams are operating effectively to meet unit goals and objectives.
- Serves as a top level of support for external clients who were not able to have problems resolved at a lower level.
- Manages and provides leadership to assigned personnel along with providing technical and advisory guidance.
- Ensures the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards and is properly reviewed and documented.
- Lead ops process improvement outcomes to improve the experience for all stakeholders and clients
- Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
- Provides input into departmental budgets and planning. May develop business plans for team/group operations.
- Increase Risk and Control awareness including - cyber, fraud, culture and conduct in Operations and responsible for risk mitigation and remediate gaps in risk & control.
- Interacts with Tech partners, client & product services and other operating units to make certain that deliverables and expectations are met or exceeded.
- Foster a flexible work environment where engagement, advancement and mobility are made possible through robust avenues for career development.
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 13-18 years of total work experience in Middle Office/Derivatives/Collateral Management with at least 5-7 years in management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Inclined to continuously improving ops process via digitization, process re-engineering, agile, RPA, other solutions
