We're seeking a future team member for the role of Analyst to join our Client Activation team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland.

About the role:

Future employee will be a member of the Client Activation Team in Wroclaw, reporting to Account and Market Activation Manager. You will work directly with internal counterparties to complete market reconciliations vs a number of sources, taking responsibility to drive forward regulatory reviews and managing multiple stakeholders of varying levels to ensure both clear upward communication and regulatory compliance. You will work with key internal systems and counterparties, review and address market discrepancies that are raised to our group. Maintain oversight and logging of ongoing items which may include managing remediation, investigation, escalation and any other actions deemed necessary. Working, where necessary, with downstream to teams ensure timely resolution of raised items and appropriate escalation channels are followed. Investigate and escalate underlying themes or trends in issues raised to be reported back to management. Check that the discrepancy is indeed accurate, by reviewing both our systems and working with the sub-custodian to confirm. Work with downstream teams to ensure appropriate breach or incident logging has taken place. Produce periodic updates on progress made on remediation's (including any trends as needed) via dashboard to various stakeholders as determined necessary

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Financial services experience
  • Strong computer literacy including advanced MS Excel
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English (min B2 level)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data consistency and correctness
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Pro-active and highly motivated - goal orientated and driven to find resolution of problems
  • Ability to work with minimum management supervision
