Construction Domestic Intern (Fall 2020)



Description
Gain experience with BMW construction management processes typical to North America with a very large geographical span and project management in an international environment. Learn the owner's perspective of construction projects from project decision, initiation, construction design, procurement and realization processes. Learn how to successfully operate a regional project management office task (monitoring, reporting, scheduling, budgeting) and how to schedule project manager capacities and external construction management support.



Qualifications and experience

  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
  • Have full-time status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States
  • Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application
  • Able to complete 3 alternating work terms for Co-op positions
  • Able to work full-time (40 hours / week)
  • Transfer students must have a GPA from current university
  • MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
  • Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term
  • THE WORK TERM DATES ARE (August 17, 2020 - December 18, 2020)
