The RDC Quality Analyst is responsible for maintaining the QMS program for the Minooka Regional Distribution Center by ensuring that all related processes are established, implemented, and maintained in the applicable departments within the facility. This position is also responsible for the analysis, development and coordination of continuous quality improvements.
He/She will regularly audit and critically assess the process performance and effectiveness to enable continuous improvement of quality for inbound, outbound, and inventory operations while utilizing the BMW LEAN Management and Production Systems. This person will communicate with other Quality Analysts within the BMW Network to exchange/share ideas with the goal of developing and implementing standardized best practices.
The RDC Quality Analyst is responsible for overseeing physical inventory and related processes. He/She will also be responsible for overseeing the Central Region Aftersales and Winter Tire Exchange Programs. This position is responsible as local IT liaison, Data Reporting, and Data Protection Delegate. The position also supports the daily operations within the RDC on a daily basis.

Qualifications and experience
- High School Diploma.
- 1-3 years' experience with formal ISO compliant Standard Operating Procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must be analytical and technical in background.
- Must have a strong understanding of operational quality requirements.
- Availability for 10% travel required.
- Bachelor's degree.
- SAP experience.
- Automotive warehouse logistics experience.
