Description
The Commercial Business Manager is directly responsible for the development, process optimization and maintenance of Rental, Limo, Shuttle, Hotel, and VIP sales channels leveraging market data, industry standards and market opportunity to grow the business in the US. He/she will be responsible for volume planning and forecasting all sales channels within Corporate and Special Sales the US for BMW and MINI.

The Commercial Business Manager will define, develop, execute and oversee program and business opportunity concepts for Rental, Limo, Hotel, Shuttle and VIP Sales in accordance to International and U.S. guidelines and requirements for BMW Group in the US.

The incumbent will interface with various BMW & MINI departments to gain support for commercial business strategies and targets, for program vehicle allocation, and incentive support.


Qualifications and experience
Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7- 10 years of Automotive Sales or Operations wholesale/retail management experience.
  • Negotiation and selling skills with Corporate Customers.
Preferences:
  • BMW experience a plus.
  • Experience in growing businesses, developing new business models.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills.
