Talent Acquisition Associate, London

We are looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team and enhance our organization’s ability to profile, attract, and convert experienced professionals into qualified candidates. Working hand-in-hand with our Managers, Recruiters, and Sourcers, our Talent Acquisition Associates have the opportunity to learn the full-life cycle of the talent acquisition process in a collaborative work environment, crafting their own unique style along the way.From working at career fairs to networking events, building talent pipelines to guiding the recruiting process, our Associates will help usher new talent into our high-growth company. Talent acquisition is at the forefront of Bluewolf’s overall strategy for success!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source and interview candidates from current pipelines and help build pipelines for future openings
  • You will use your talent sourcing/research skills to build talent pipelines of both active and passive candidates with a heavy focus on passive candidates.
  • Source candidates through a variety of search methods (online sourcing and networking through social media, internal database, job boards, user groups, company targets, referrals etc.)
  • Educate, excite and sell candidates on both the opportunity and the organization and coordinate calls for Bluewolf Recruiters
  • Attend online and in-person networking events and communities to feed assigned pipelines
  • Build solid working relationships with EMEA Talent Acquisition Recruiters
  • Champion technology across Talent Acquisition Sourcing and Recruiting teams to ensure the ATS is used for all leads
  • Other Talent Acquisition duties as deemed necessary
  • Travel estimated up to 25%
  • Communicate company brand identity to potential candidates using external social media websites, and attending events as required
  • Attend online and in-person networking events and communities to feed assigned pipelines
  • Build solid working relationships with Talent Acquisition Recruiters
  • Responsible for establishing regional interview schedules and managing candidates during interview days
  • Key to success is the ability to take initiative and respond to rapidly changing priorities
  • Obtain Salesforce certifications as required by role upon hire

REQUIREMENTS

  • Generally requires at least 1 year’s’ experience, particularly in Human Resources, Operations, Marketing or Recruiting
  • Exceptional client focus, written and verbal communication skills, and organizational ability.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Highly organized and able to function and adapt in a high demand, time sensitive, changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enjoy working in a team, and customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, multi-task, and remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency with Linkedin Recruiter and experience with Salesforce a plus
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities and stakeholders, while maintaining proactive and effective communication and driving timely results
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills in addition to time management, organization and customer service skills
  • Highly creative in building branding concepts, developing marketing materials, and executing a social media campaign
  • Understanding of Recruiting processes and data
  • Full competency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
