Senior Change Management & Learning Consultant, East -00639-2016

The Senior Change Management & Learning Consultant has a unique blend of many talents and provides support to our customers as they implement new flexible technologies. This person’s role is to assist our clients as they manage organizational change and promote end user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and defining appropriate and dynamic change management, communications, and training strategies
  • Writing / reviewing change management, communications, and training plans and collateral
  • Managing change management, communications, and training projects from start to finish
  • Writing effective instructional materials
  • Providing coaching support to customer management and executive management
  • Conducting training classes for a variety of audiences
  • Coordinating E-learning initiatives
  • Participating in Bluewolf Business Development initiatives
  • Working with other Bluewolf resources to ensure alignment with project goals and seamless execution
  • Providing coaching / mentor support to junior team members, delegating tasks when appropriate
  • Building long term trusted relationships with our clients and colleagues.
  • Curriculum development
  • Facilitation of training classes and Train the Trainer sessions Responsibility for successful implementation of Adoption projects

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred
  • Required to earn and maintain 2 Salesforce Certifications in first 4 months
  • Familiarity with SaaS, CRM

The Senior Change Management & Learning Consultant is often in a position to take a leadership role as they help to build the skills of more junior team members. Leadership responsibilities may include:

  • Sets Deadlines for Project Team Members
  • Assigns Responsibilities and Directs Work of Project Team Members
  • Monitors Progress, and Follows-up
  • Provides Respectful Feedback
  • Escalates where necessary
  • Analyzes / Identifies areas of risk and develops plans to minimize

Required Skills/Experience:

  • The following are requirements for this position:
  • Bachelor’s in Org Change, Teaching, Communications or related field
  • Three to five years of experience in training and/or communications roles
  • Experience in curriculum development
  • Experience with instructional design and eLearning practices preferred
  • Able to demonstrate meeting and classroom facilitation Skills
  • Able to discuss experience with or similar CRM
  • Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to75% possible)
  • Able to discuss the benefits of a Software as a Service Model
  • Basic Knowledge of implementation and configuration of enterprise systems such as CRM, or ERP Ability to learn quickly and think creatively
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
