Sales Planning and Reporting Analyst (London)

The Sales Planning and Reporting Analyst, Global Sales Operations, will act as the Business Partner to the General Manager Global Field Operations and the VP of Global Operations. Duties include data analysis and validation as well as development of various ad hoc reports/dashboards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assemble weekly reports, analysis, and forecast metrics
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to determine key metrics and trends for sales planning purposes
  • Assist sales team with daily reporting related requests
  • Setup and maintain reports and dashboards in
  • Perform analysis to identify obstacles to growth and make recommendations for improvements#LI-M#LI-MD1 D1


  • College degree in finance, accounting, IT, business or related field (Graduate degree preferred)


  • Minimum 2 years of sales operations and related finance, accounting, and sales experience supporting high performance sales teams
  • Demonstrated strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills
  • Meticulous in detail, strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collect and analyze ambiguous data, and translate into business insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and
  • Self-motivated, deadline driven, and able to work independently or in a collaborative environment
