Product Marketing Manager, Sales Transformation Services (San Francisco)

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the outbound positioning and go-to-market strategy for Bluewolf's augmented intelligence (AI) and analytics service offerings. You will work with internal subject matter experts to craft key messages, overall positioning, and the go-to-market strategy and campaigns for Bluewolf's services. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities and experience into customer benefits is crucial. In your role as a Product Marketing Manager you will be an expert in market-based personas, how they buy/buying criteria, and developing a complete sales enablement plan and tools to transfer that knowledge to Bluewolf's global sales channel and partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Market Intelligence: Be an expert in the competitive landscape and how personas/buyers purchase
  • Service Positioning: Build differentiated and defensible market positions for Bluewolf's key services
  • Marketing: Create multi-channel assets for Bluewolf services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to measure impact and ROI
  • Sales Enablement: Lead and communicate the value proposition to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process across your services
  • Be the expert across Bluewolf's service portfolio, and work with the corporate marketing team on product launches, quarterly integrated marketing campaigns, and events
  • Salesforce certification as required by role upon hire

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years of Product Marketing experience, preferably in a professional services or technology environment
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Strong people and project management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties, managing tight deadlines
  • Proven track record of success with sales enablement efforts
  • Ability to digest complex information
  • Technical knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Quote-to-Cash solutions a plus
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint and Camtasia a plus
