Office Manager/Executive Assistant, Chicago - 00723 - 2017

Bluewolf, an IBM company, is a global consulting agency that builds digital solutions designed to create results. Now. We’re the proven Salesforce strategic partner for a reason— our technology-driven method combines our team’s years of experience with cloud solutions that continually connect our clients with their customers. We specialize in leading cloud technologies like Salesforce, but our clients come to Bluewolf for so much more than our technical expertise. We serve a community of future-focused industry leaders dedicated to building the next generation of digital experiences. The way we see it, when business is done in real time on the cutting edge, it’s always now.

We need someone who will work hard with a smile on their face, know when to have fun, and know when to buckle down and get the job done! After all, it’s up to you to make that happen… Do you have that motivation and drive to be a self starter at a company that is doing well, filled with others of the like?

Our culture is highly entrepreneurial, which means that people who put in the work up front and who are genuinely excited by the prospect of helping to further grow a company that is already quickly expanding are rewarded quickly – both in the sense of feeling a level of satisfaction in having helped clients solve problems as well as for one’s career path. We’re a very collaborative culture, which means you talk to people across all functions on a daily basis and as a result gain exposure to virtually all aspects of a business, which can help you figure out where your true talent lies (while being paid for this initial step in your career). You also have access to the highest execs in the company, who have an open-door policy of listening to any/all fresh ideas. This position reports directly to the Director of Facilities. The key focus is on strong communication, quick response time, and being detail-focused.
