Marketing Services Delivery Manager (US)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Nurture extraordinary people and provide extraordinary opportunities
  • Manage performance and development of team resources
  • Support Marketing Services Directors during late stages of the sales cycle to bring in new business
  • Maintain and grow long term customer relationships
  • Own account plans and roadmaps for strategic accounts
  • Manage the health of the projects in the region while meeting resource utilization targets
  • Scope and solution design larger projects and validate solutions/scope for team
  • Oversee quality of delivery in scope and execution
  • Work with clients and resources to build a backlog of projects
  • Engages clients for feedback
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels against contract work to avoid under or over-resourcing
  • Work across business lines to uncover additional growth opportunities

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years experience with marketing automation and CRM tools and ability to design solutions
  • Working knowledge of data models, data architecture, and workflows
  • Excellent communication, both oral and written required
  • Awareness of emerging markets, applications, and technologies in the marketing space
  • Stellar project management skills, with a working knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Previous experience with people management and resource development
  • Solid client relationship and account leadership skills
  • Ability to effectively facilitate meetings and workshops
  • Experience managing client expectations and having difficult conversations
  • Working knowledge of sales cycles and opportunity management
  • Obtain Salesforce Certifications are required by role, upon hire
