Marketing Services Campaign Manager (New York)

The Campaign Manager works with the client and key members of the Marketing Services team to develop a client-specific set of workflows, documents, reporting, schedules, and service level agreements to support the client's ongoing campaign needs. They serve as the primary point of contact for the client and manage the communication and escalation process. They will also track the financial and resource utilization on the campaign engagement. They oversee the day-to-day work of a team of individuals who support customers in the deployment of their marketing campaigns.


  • Ensure overall success of ongoing campaign operations, including campaign accuracy and process compliance
  • Manage campaign calendar, assets, dependencies, deliverables, and timelines
  • Manage resources and assignments on the campaigns team
  • Create and ensure compliance with processes for campaign execution and QA
  • Monitor and report on operational status and campaign performance
  • Manage issues and escalations


  • 3+ years of experience with email marketing and campaign deployment, ideally in an agency or services environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Solid client relationship and account leadership skills
  • Experience managing client expectations and having difficult conversations
  • Familiarity with marketing automation systems and governance processes
  • Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification
  • Obtain Salesforce certification, as required by role, upon hire
