Marketing Manager (New York)

As part of the Bluewolf Corporate Marketing team, you will bring both creativity and the ability to deliver on core Bluewolf brand programs and executive brand management. You are a steward of the brand, always, and you love seeing opportunity in ambiguity. You're equal parts creative and organized, able to produce exciting, memorable work on time, on budget. The Brand Marcom Manager will report into our Director of Marketing Communications to support overall marketing, brand and employer branding efforts.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deeply understand Bluewolf's brand story, services, and target audiences to run programs that always tie back to our core messages, services, and initiatives
  • Manage all projects to an expected timeline and budget

Executive Thought Leadership:

  • Build and manage executive brand platforms and thought leadership, with a focus on the CEO, including messaging hierarchy and topics of expertise
  • Place high-profile speaking (in-person and video) opportunities annually for Bluewolf CEO, and other executives as needed, with a focus on placements that align to brand goals and provide visibility to our target demographic
  • Author and place CEO blogs and other social content both on internal Bluewolf channels and externally for wide exposure
  • Ensure C-level thought leadership assets are disseminated for maximum brand value, both internally and externally
  • Manage C-level speaking content and presentations, promotion, and pre-event training, ensuring that 1) content is always on message and 2) events are well-attended
  • Manage CEO social channels
  • Track ROI on programs

Brand Programs: Women Innovators Network (WIN) and Pack Gives Back / Pledge 1%

  • Maintain and execute messaging and a cross-channel strategy to reinforce Bluewolf's focus on diversity, women's success and philanthropy
  • Grow these programs to become a known part of the Bluewolf brand
  • Build external partnerships as needed to support both programs
  • Support and expand annual Bluewolf WIN in-person events and webcasts, in the U.S. and internationally, and explore meaningful participation in non-Bluewolf events
  • Support at least two events for the Pack Gives Back / Pledge 1% program annually, within the U.S. and internationally
  • Develop and manage assets to support both platforms

Employer Branding:

  • Develop and execute messaging and a cross-channel strategy to build Bluewolf as a top employer internationally
  • Secure "best places to work" awards
  • Create and manage assets that support Bluewolf as a #1 employer brand
  • Work closely with Bluewolf's Talent Acquisition team to understand ideal candidate targets
  • Think strategically about the candidate journey and work with Talent Acquisition to optimize to ensure a premium experience
  • Work with Talent Acquisition to track ROI on efforts
  • Nurture the Bluewolf Pack to become brand ambassadors to support recruiting efforts

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional marketing/brand/communications experience
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Work well with a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Must always bring creativity to the table and have your finger on the pulse of innovative brands
  • Confidence to coach and counsel C-level executive team on a daily basis
  • Must be passionate and live Bluewolf's brand values
