About the role.
We are in search of an energetic, dynamic, and driven Business Development Representative with top-notch interpersonal skills to join our sales team. This is a unique opportunity to immediately start building real-world business skills that touch all areas of the business world: sales, marketing, and customer care. This is a consultative sales role in helping companies solve real business problems. This individual is responsible for calling on hundreds of C-level Executives and speaking to them personally everyday. This person will be prospecting non-stop, networking everywhere, and meeting with CIOs/ CTOs and VP's . We are seeking highly motivated and articulate people who are eager to learn & deliver the following:

- Understand the Bluewolf strategy globally as well on the local market
- Understand the products and key digital transformation and client relationship challenges
- Develop understanding & knowledge around the Bluewolf value proposition and offering
- Identify key decision makers and influencer of digital transformation projects within the company
- Detect and qualify high level opportunities
- Win prospect attention and secure face-to-face meetings
- Obtain Salesforce Certifications are required by role, upon hire
About you.
- University degree or relevant compensating work experience
- Sales or Account Management experience, ideally in a software/services environment
- Fluent / Business proficiency in both French & English languages
- Excellent presentation & communication skills
- High levels of motivation and and a proven track record in a fast-paced sales function
- Target orientated and an eagerness to work hard and drive success
- The ability to work independently or as a team member...we all help each other!
- Experience with Salesforce as a user or in the Salesforce ecosystem is advantageous
