Senior End User Computing Administrator

Blizzard Entertainment is looking for a motivated Senior End-User Computing Administrator to join the Information Services team. You will be helping to provide our business and development teams with the most epic support experience. You will be working closely to maintain and improve our SCCM platform, you will also oversee its day-to-day administration and incremental development. You will also be the gatekeeper of our Windows desktop environment ensuring that it is within compliance and well-organized. You will work within the IT department and with many of its customers; helping them get the most of our Windows Desktop environment and will be constantly on the look-out for potential improvements to the user experience and productivity.

Responsibilities:

· You will be part of a team supporting our Windows 7/10, during business hours and in an on-call rotation.

· You will be instrumental in the configuration and tuning our SCCM platform.

· You will be providing guidance to ensure the compliance of Windows 7/10 and applications.

· You will be troubleshooting and deploying package software to Windows 7/10.

· You will be constantly and pro-actively monitor our systems and hardware health.

· You will be working with customers and project managers to plan and successfully complete projects.

Requirements:

· 10+ years of experience with Windows desktop operating system and related software

· 5+ years of experience with Windows OS imaging, patching and deployment using SCCM/MDT

· 5+ years of experience with Windows application packaging and deployment using SCCM

· 5+ years of experience with Active Directory and GPO administration

· 3+ years of experience with scripting for Windows (PowerShell, VB, etc…)

· Advanced knowledge of computer security systems, applications, procedures and techniques.

· Intermediate knowledge of database language (MSSQL)

Pluses:

· Relevant Microsoft Certifications

· A degree in computer science or related field

· Experience with JAMF/AirWatch

· Experience with VDI technologies using VMware/Citrix

· Understanding of ITIL framework

· Understanding of Agile methodology

· A passion for video games

· You speak Korean, French, or Chinese.
