Project Manager, Localization PMO

Blizzard Entertainment Europe is looking for a talented and enthusiastic project manager with outstanding communication skills to join our Localization & QA team.

As a leader for your project, you will represent the interests of Localization & QA, and work on a variety of production and project management tasks within our PMO (Project Management Office) group. You will plan, organize, control and deliver multiple projects with competing priorities.


  • Create and manage cross-project schedules for Localization and Quality Assurance teams
  • Act as a project leader and drive consistent, organized processes
  • Collaborate with all teams to ensure that project goals and deliverables meet Blizzard quality standards
  • Assess, monitor, document and communicate on project scope and status, risks and key learnings to project stakeholders
  • Capture and document project-related business, functional and creative information during the project lifecycle
  • Design and analyse project KPIs in line with PMO strategy in order to drive continuous improvement
  • Drive change management processes, manage stakeholder expectations, communicate impact and execute changes if applicable
  • Identify, track, manage and resolve project issues
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the products and related Localization & testing procedures
  • A minimum of 5 years’ work experience with a proven record of successful project management in the digital industry
  • Excellent understanding of Localization, QA and software development production cycles
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to influence cross-functional teams to develop collaboration and commitment
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Proven experience in change management practices
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills and a detail-oriented problem solving approach
  • Project Management certification (i.e. PMP, Prince2, Scrum)
  • A passion for video games and knowledge of the Blizzard Entertainment franchises
  • Master degree in a related field
