HRIS Analyst

HRIS Analyst (Temporary Full-Time)

 

In this role as an HRIS Analyst, you will be part of the HR Technology and HR Operations team that is dedicated to supporting all the HR systems. You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the current HR systems and assisting with the implementation of our new HCM system – Workday.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide day-to-day production support for HR systems
  • Respond and resolve HR Help Desk inquiries in a timely manner
  • Analyze, research, troubleshoot and resolve system or data issues
  • Investigate routine user problems and identify solutions
  • Track issues, escalate and open support cases with external vendors
  • Manage and monitor incoming emails and provide best in class customer service when communicating solutions to end users
  • Support upgrades, fixes and testing
  • Generate and run reports to support ongoing business requirements
  • Partner with cross-functional HR members on data audits and validation processes
  • Ensure data accuracy and data integrity through audits and reviews
  • Help identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to improve data quality
  • Participate in requirements gathering sessions and maintain requirements documents
  • Develop and maintain user procedures, guidelines and SOPs
  • Recommend process improvements
  • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience supporting HR systems
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion a plus (Workday desired)
  • Experience with systems such as Workforce, Jobvite, Saba, Halogen, Visier a plus
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, vLookup, etc)
  • Quick Learner
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment
  • Able to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
