Project Coordinator, Branded Content

The branded content team creates relevant and exciting stories for the Bleacher/Report audience, in partnership with brands. The Branded Content team will be tasked with bringing the industry-leading voice and distribution strategy to brand partners. The Branded Content studio will work with brands to concept video, text, interactive and live events platforms and then execute the ideas with internal and external partners.

Project Coordinator works with the team to implement creative vision on various projects by providing tactical support. Once vision has been set, this role serves as a point of contact for both internal and external departments to create and air content. This role coordinates communication with graphic designers, video editors, animators, etc. to ensure readiness and success for key activities of projects. This role also coordinates logistical pieces of the project from brainstorming through activation and distribution. 

Responsibilities:

  • Supports teams in achievement of project objectives. Facilitates team information and work flow. Interacts with internal stakeholders to exchange basic information related to assigned activities.

  • Coordinates and documents project schedules, milestones, and monitors budgets for team. Coordinates and tracks project resources, staff, assets, and schedules to ensure timely project outcomes.

  • Effectively escalates problems and implements solutions as they occur. Serves as key contact with project team members to resolve project resource conflicts. Manages risk throughout the project life cycle.

Requirements:

  • Maximum 2 years of project management experience

  • Organizational skills required to maintain a project pipeline, communicate both internally with designers & externally with prospective talent.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to understand needs and execution requirements of Creative Director and Sr. Branded Content Director.

  • Digital production background desirable.

  • General knowledge of project management craft (Sprint, Waterfall)

  • Must be adept at supporting creative teams to ensure strategic integrity from start of project to finish

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
