About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, creative, detail-oriented sports fan to join our Client Strategy team as a Coordinator. This team
sits between content and sales and is responsible for ideating custom solutions for potential partners. The role will work closely with the sales and Content Strategy teams to develop innovative, highly effective solutions in the B/R voice that are deeply rooted in storytelling and insights in order to solve for client goals. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work closely and meet regularly with select Account Executives and Planners for communication and updates on existing and potential partners
  • Clearly communicate advertiser goals, share insights and initiate brainstorm meetings with the content strategy team to develop custom programs that solve for client goals
  • Build proposals and aid in client presentations
  • Work closely with the data / analytics team to garner relevant client and industry insights
  • Be an active member of the larger client strategy team - participating in brainstorms and sharing insights
  • Consult with the strategic solutions team - offering feedback and insights on on big ticket sponsorships
  • Participate in post-sales kick off meetings, transferring all necessary information to ensure programs run smoothly and remain on strategy
  • Effectively communicate and represent B/R’s voice and strategy internally and externally

About You:

  • 1-2 Years minimum experience working in digital / social media
  • Working knowledge of the general sports landscape
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Trust and respect the process
  • Must be a team player with the ability to collaborate on projects as well as excel independently
  • Clear and effective communicator
  • Possesses strong quantitative and analytical skills as well as creative problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Keynote and PowerPoint strongly preferred
