  • 1+ year experience at banking or financial services firm
  • Basic understanding of accounting functions
  • Previous experience in a loan operations or loan agency role.


  • Manage a portfolio of syndicated loan transactions and perform all servicing aspects
  • Review/interpret Credit Agreements and other documents associated with deal originations
  • Data entry of client’s existing positions and transactions into BMS office systems
  • Implementation support for new asset servicing clients 
  • Testing of product – level functionality and new releases. Identify and communicate areas for improvement
  • Provide Multi-Asset servicing for a range of investment activities and portfolios (including but not limited to Loans, Bonds, Equities and FX  
  • Daily reconcilement of client’s cash files
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members (Developers, Implementation Specialists, Account Managers, etc.) to enhance our product and services
  • Gather, analyze, document, and test client requirements for unique business scenarios that differ across businesses and clients
  • Serve as point of contact for clients during and maintain relationship after implementation process
  • Work closely with clients/colleagues to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
