What We Need:

  • Windows Servers / Active Directory / Group Policy administration
  • Hands on experience on IT Hardware Troubleshooting – Desktop, Laptop, Printers
  • Excellent problem-solving skill in the area of Technical Troubleshooting
  • Microsoft Office Suite all versions support
  • Local & cloud-based VMware virtualization deployments and administration a plus
  • Knowledge of network monitoring tools (i.e., Nagios) a plus
  • Motivated and eager to learn
  • SQL Server knowledge and database administration a plus
  • WAN administration, including Site-to-Site and Client Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) a plus
  • AWS and Azure AD knowledge a plus
  • Effectively communicate the ideas, expectations, and goals while working with and through others to achieve the desired result.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provision, configure, administer and monitor servers, network services, and devices
  • Provision hardware equipment and software licenses
  • Configure and setup workstations, PCs, and accounts for new hires
  • Address IT-related helpdesk requests and reported issues from users
  • Perform patch management for servers and end user PCs
  • Manage and configure anti-virus system
  • Administer VOIP-based hosted telecom system
  • Manage system back-up and restore activities
  • Contribute to strategic IT projects & initiatives

Education and/or Experience:

  • Minimum two years of proven working experience in the area of networking engineering and/or administration
  • A+ and N+ certificates and related experience
  • A three-year degree in Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred
