What We Need:

  • The ideal candidate will have a mixed background with system, network, and database IT Infrastructure administration with experience managing and growing a team of IT Analysts charged with supporting our employees at our various corporate office locations
  • Experience leading Enterprise IT function to include deploying, securing and managing Windows-based IT infrastructure in a distributed office location
  • Expertise in infrastructure and application management, desktop lifecycle management, data security and encryption, backup strategies, resource monitoring, patch management, and administration of MS Active Directory, MS SQL databases , MS IIS web servers, GPO policies, and GSuite
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair advanced networks and systems including corporate LANs, routers, firewalls, file-shares, laptops, virtualization technology, wireless networks, etc.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations with good organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, develop and meet timelines and budgets
  • Willingness to work hours as required to ensure IT infrastructure is operating properly

Your Responsibilities:

Lead the IT team responsible for:

  • Supporting network users in daily computer software and hardware needs
  • Analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving computer hardware, network and software problems for local and remote users
  • Provisioning, administering, monitoring, and supporting servers, network services, and devices
  • Developing, preparing and installing computers, software and server solutions as required
  • Ensuring the availability and adequate performance of all critical systems and network resources
  • Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including software updates, system updates, migrations and outages
  • Evaluating, developing, and implementing the most efficient and cost-effective solutions that meet internal business specifications and requirements
  • Assisting in developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future technology needs and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of strategic IT security projects & initiatives
  • Monitoring emerging technology developments and make recommendations for new/altered technologies that would contribute to overall cost savings and/or productivity improvements
  • Owning the development of technical standards and necessary documentation to support user information and compliance activities
  • Working with larger operations team to address support inquiries and issues related to our network and hosting platform/services and with the planning and implementation of security measures, standards, and policies
  • Assisting in the installation, implementation, modification, testing, servicing, and upgrades of internal systems, to include mission-critical applications, in predominantly Microsoft environment
  • Coordinating and managing outsourced resources and vendor providers directly associated with the IT systems that support corporate functions
