WHAT WE NEED

  • 5+ Years of project management experience with external facing clients for projects of a material size and duration
  • Working knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies
  • PMP, CSM, PRINCE2 or related certification
  • Experience and familiarity with buy-side investments
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of relational databases and the software development lifecycle
  • Great teamwork skills
  • Well-rounded personality
  • Enthusiasm for technology and finance
  • University degree
  • Independent business analysis
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and be adept at listening and soliciting feedback
  • Detail-oriented & strong work ethic
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can successfully manage multiple competing priorities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a variety of implementations projects by coordinating the appropriate resources and providing guidance on timeline planning, documentation, risk mitigation, and reporting
  • Evaluate clients’ existing business processes to create specifications for the configuration of our system. We deliver a customized implementation of our system that streamlines and automates business processes for trade order management and credit analysis
  • Configure system settings and options, and execute unit/integration/acceptance testing
  • Test product-level functionality and new releases. Identify and communicate areas for improvement
  • End-user training
  • Some travel required
