Analyst - Portfolio Compliance

  • Intermediate Microsoft SQL Server SQL skills or equivalent experience with a technical database or coding language (Stata, R, Matlab, SAS, Python)
  • Working knowledge of CLO 2.0, 40 Act, UCITS, Hedge Fund, and Separately Managed Account rules (nice to have)
  • Experience working with a Portfolio Testing / Pre and Post Trade Compliance system such as WSO Compliance, CDO Suite / Solvas, Eze Castle Compliance, or CRD is a plus but is not required

Your Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate portfolio compliance rule requirements for additional client funds being onboarded to model all necessary internal, investor, and legal requirements. Analyze the difference in requirements relative to funds already implemented and determining the changes needed
  • Oversee testing, including tying calculations against a model results provided by the client or a third party and digging into any discrepancies
  • Create rules and calculations using our test builder UI and SQL methodologies
  • Work with client project teams internally to ensure all data necessary for calculations are available, including security master, positions, and other information
  • Configure system settings and options, and execute unit/integration/acceptance testing
  • End-user training
  • Some minor travel may be required
