Imagine if your dedication helped ensure that non-profit organizations were able to continuously deliver their vital services to the groups they serve. As a Software Engineer in DevOps, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining the infrastructure that enables thousands of non-profits to carry out their missions worldwide.

You'll work with other engineering and operations team members to develop, maintain, and optimize multiple levels of infrastructure, lead conversations around application implementation, and help make engineering pipedreams possible. In this role you'll help build an agile operations model to support Blackbaud's entire product line while maintaining the high level of reliable services our non-profit clients need. This is a highly visible and challenging opportunity that will bring you to the next step in your career. Your hard work will be recognized and you will make a difference.
If you're a savvy technical interpreter that can translate a challenge into an opportunity for improvement, you've come to the right place.
