IT Governance Analyst

What you’ll be doing: You’ll empower Blackbaud workers by delivering centralized IT governance functions. This includes data gathering & analysis such as IT financial management, benchmarks, resource planning, asset utilization, vendor/contract optimization, etc. You’ll also help mature Blackbaud IT by improving IT processes.

The Job: The small IT Governance team partners with teams throughout Blackbaud. You’ll be most successful in this role if you:

  • demonstrate excellent analytic skills including MS Excel analysis
  • actively solve problems
  • have strong ability to deliver outcomes and lead change
  • can efficiently deliver effective written and oral communications
  • thrive in a fast-paced, fun, professional environment

A degree and 1-5 years experience in financial analysis, IT and/or project management would be most fitting for this role that has tons of growth potential. Experience with Six Sigma, Lean and ITIL would also be beneficial. We primarily use Service Now, MS Office (Excel, Visio, Powerpoint, and Word) and Sharepoint, but you’ll also use or become knowledgeable in various IT systems security, infrastructure (telecom, network, virtual and physical assets) and line of business applications.
