Director of Account Executives

Reporting directly to our VP of Sales, the Director of Account Executives is an integral part of our Sales leadership team and will provide continuous and constructive coaching for our Account Executives. In this role you will have full ownership of the sales process of Bizzabo. You will strategize and optimize the processes of implementing, monitoring, and improving sales processes. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced, high growth start-up environment and will have an immediate impact on the company's overall sales productivity level. This position is located in our awesome office in NYC.

Responsibilities

  • Manage AE Team
  • Drive additional revenue from AE's.
  • Weekly 1:1 meetings with AE's.
  • Get on calls with AE's for training purposes.
  • Help AE's close deals.
  • Provide ongoing training.
  • Onboard new AE's.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire AE's. Manage daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.
