Responsibilities and Duties

Co-Manage a team of MCA Sales Funding professionals

Track and assign sales leads of small business owners who desire financing

Strong sales data analytics along with interpreting data for future outcomes

Report in real-time to upper management the progress of sales goals/target within the sales team

Interface with small business owners to assess their financing requirements and recommend available financing solutions

Gather information and lead each prospective client from pre-qualification to closing

Demonstrate an ability to simultaneously coach and 'close the deal' while satisfying customer expectations and building team cohesiveness

Meet crucial deadlines i.e. weekly and monthly Sales Team goals

Must adhere to underwriting process and funding procedures

Communicating and following up with clients and gathering their satisfaction of their experience
